Development History

1996

It originated from the introduction of technology from the United States. In the 1990s, the production technology of medical catheters was introduced from the United States by Dr. returnees.

2010

To cover more medical markets, Langyi was established, focusing on catheter extrusion and catheter OEM; The establishment of a clean workshop was completed, with an annual output of 6 million precision tubes.

2013

The development process expanded production and built a new GMP standard workshop of 2000 square meters, including a clean workshop of 1000 square meters. High-pressure 1500PSI high-pressure braided conduit has been successfully developed and started mass production.

2014

Successfully passed the ISO13485 medical device quality management system certification.

2016

In March, it was recognized as a biopharmaceutical enterprise by Pingshan New Area; Obtained the Shenzhen high-tech enterprise certificate in July; In November, it obtained the national high-tech enterprise certificate.

2017

The sixth generation of tube end molding machine came into the market, leading the cutting-edge machine market.

2019

TUV Rhine 13485:2016 system certification; Langyi has served 1200 customers worldwide; Successfully passed the review of national high-tech enterprises.

2020

The plant expanded to 5000 square meters, and a new GMP 10000 level clean workshop was built; Independent Langyi catheter company, professional team weaving tube business; Undertake CDMO business.

2022

Accumulated cooperation with over 1500 customers; Establish a 15000 square meter catheter production base.
